Sheri was the most caring if my needs. Bring a first time traveler any where. She was very in tune with my needs. I'm excited about my trip. A little afread with what's happening around the world. Sheri is a keeper.

Brad at air capital travel, responded quickly, and found a great price for last minute travel. It's unbelievable how much of a difference prices through a travel agent compare to the online sites. I will book through them again, saved me almost $2,000. Friendly and fast.

Travel Agents at paid by the hotels and airlines. NOT THE CUSTOMER. Always use a travel agent for saftey in traveling out of the country. They can help with transferring you from one airport to the next. They can answer questions about traveling to most areas. Air Capital Travel has saved our vacations a couple of times due to booking glitches and paid for motels for us to stay in. The motel over booked and Air Capital paid the difference for a better hotel next door. They made sure we had a place to go. We have been using their service for over 20 years. As long as they are in business we will keep using them. Right now we have a trip booked through them for our trip to Jamaica.

My wife and I had used Air Capital Travel for years. We have our normal travel person we deal with. Depending on the place of our travel is when we will get a travel agent as it takes all the plane changing and planning off us and we can worry about other things. The only time we had an issue was covid related which isn’t this place’s fault. 2020 everything had shut down and our trip was canceled. We did eventually get out money back.

My friend referred me to come here. I called and Sara sent me everything I needed via email, then my girlfriend and I came in and booked a trip to Vegas 3 days before we were supposed to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a vacation package. You save money on hotel and airfare plus they work with you if you just tell them what you are wanting to spend. 10/10 experience, will use for all our future vacations.

Dana and everybody else who works there are totally awesome. I went in there to get an ETA to travel to Europe, and they took all their time to help me out. Even though I didn't use them as a travel agency, they still made me feel very comfortable and 100% impressed with the way that they handled my ETA to Europe. Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart.

The travel agent Dana, took the time to put our itinerary together and stayed over her regular hours to help us figure out our apps and coordinate everything together because of different groups going together. This is a walk-in with no appointment necessary and usually have at least two or more agents available. Air Capital is busy but they take the time for each person. Short wait time. Easy access to parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. As we searched for a travel agent we found that many had knowledge of European destinations after Covid but not anyone had accessible knowledge of Disney World which I found strange. Air Capital had knowledge of it and the $$$, which has gone up at least three times more then say 10 years ago. I would recommend them. They also put together a wonderful vacation for several of us who took a beautiful elderly person in a wheelchair to Las Vegas after she had lost her husband and she had the best time. Also my daughter who is neurodivergent was able to sit through the Blue Man group which she had always wanted to see with the help of her neurologist Dr El Nabbout. Here's to Summer 🌞🏝️

We worked with Dana on a trip in June of 2026 to Italy and England that involved trains, planes and automobiles. We went to her after spending three weeks with an agent at another agency without any progress being made including messages not being returned in a timely manner. Dana was prompt in communicating with us but the most helpful aspect was being able to sit down with her to work through our itinerary since this was not a tour. We highly recommend working with her.
